Keto Egg Bowl
12 eggs
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup diced mushrooms
Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, being sure to crumble the sausage as you go.
Once the sausage is cooked then add in the diced mushrooms and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Wisk the eggs and cream in a large bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
In a different skillet, melt some butter and scramble the eggs until fluffy.
Combine the eggs with the sausage and mushrooms.
Stir in the shredded cheese.
Serve immediately, or separate out into meal containers and refrigerate.
