Mongolian Ground Beef

1 lb lean ground beef

2 tsp ground ginger

3 cloves minced garlic

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup hoisin sauce

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp black pepper

4 ounces chopped green onions (Pre cut fresh green onions from the grocery store is fine.)

Brown the ground beef along with the ginger and garlic in a skillet. Drain the cooked beef and return to the pan.

Combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and green onions into a small dish and pour into the ground beef.

Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Serve hot with your favorite veggies and enjoy.
