Taco soup

This recipe is for a 5 quart slow cooker, if you have a smaller one then use less of each ingredient

2 lbs ground beef, browned and drained

2 cans of mixed veggies – look for ones without potatoes

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can Rotel

1 package of taco seasoning per pound of beef

Add everything to slow cooker and then cook until warm. 3 hours on high, 6 on low.

Serve with shredded cheese and other toppings of choice when done.
